Bealy Store-এ স্বাগতম। আমাদের ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহার, অর্ডার প্রদান বা যেকোনো সেবা গ্রহণের মাধ্যমে আপনি নিচের শর্তাবলীর সাথে সম্মত হচ্ছেন।

যদি কোনো শর্তের সাথে একমত না হন, অনুগ্রহ করে ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহার বা অর্ডার প্রদান থেকে বিরত থাকুন।

🔹 ১. সাধারণ শর্ত

  • Bealy Store একটি অনলাইন ই-কমার্স প্ল্যাটফর্ম
  • আমরা skincare ও makeup পণ্য বিক্রি করি
  • ওয়েবসাইটের তথ্য, মূল্য বা অফার যেকোনো সময় পরিবর্তন হতে পারে
  • ব্যবহারকারী হিসেবে আপনাকে আইনসম্মত আচরণ করতে হবে

🔹 ২. পণ্যের তথ্য

  • আমরা বিভিন্ন ব্র্যান্ডের পণ্য সরবরাহ করি, নিজে উৎপাদন করি না
  • পণ্যের তথ্য (ingredients, usage) ব্র্যান্ড অনুযায়ী দেওয়া হয়
  • ছবি ও বাস্তব পণ্যে সামান্য পার্থক্য থাকতে পারে
  • কোনো ভুল থাকলে তা সংশোধনের অধিকার আমাদের রয়েছে

🔹 ৩. মূল্য ও অফার

  • সব মূল্য বাংলাদেশি টাকা (BDT)-এ
  • মূল্য ও অফার যেকোনো সময় পরিবর্তন হতে পারে
  • ভুল মূল্য প্রদর্শিত হলে অর্ডার বাতিল বা সংশোধন করা হতে পারে

🔹 ৪. অর্ডার ও কনফার্মেশন

  • অর্ডার করা মানে ক্রয়ের প্রস্তাব দেওয়া
  • আমরা যেকোনো অর্ডার গ্রহণ বা বাতিল করতে পারি
  • স্টক না থাকা, ভুল তথ্য বা টেকনিক্যাল সমস্যায় অর্ডার বাতিল হতে পারে

🔹 ৫. পেমেন্ট

  • Cash on Delivery / Online Payment গ্রহণযোগ্য
  • পেমেন্ট গেটওয়ে সমস্যার জন্য আমরা সরাসরি দায়ী নই
  • অসম্পূর্ণ পেমেন্ট হলে অর্ডার বাতিল হতে পারে

🔹 ৬. ডেলিভারি

  • সারা বাংলাদেশে ডেলিভারি চার্জ: ৳65
  • ঢাকা: ১–৩ দিন
  • ঢাকার বাইরে: ২–৪ দিন

👉 প্রাকৃতিক দুর্যোগ বা কুরিয়ার সমস্যায় দেরি হতে পারে

🔹 ৭. রিটার্ন ও রিফান্ড

রিটার্ন গ্রহণযোগ্য যদি:

  • ভুল পণ্য দেওয়া হয়
  • ভাঙা / লিকড পণ্য হয়
  • কোনো আইটেম মিসিং থাকে

শর্ত:

  • ৩ দিনের মধ্যে জানাতে হবে
  • ছবি/ভিডিও প্রমাণ দিতে হবে
  • পণ্য unused থাকতে হবে

👉 Refund / Exchange যাচাই সাপেক্ষে দেওয়া হবে

রিটার্ন গ্রহণযোগ্য নয় যদি:

  • পণ্য ব্যবহার করা হয়
  • গ্রাহকের ভুল অর্ডার
  • মত পরিবর্তন

👉 Return shipping charge গ্রাহক বহন করবে

🔹 ৮. স্কিনকেয়ার ও মেকআপ

  • খোলা বা ব্যবহৃত পণ্য রিটার্নযোগ্য নয়
  • ব্যক্তিগত স্কিন রিঅ্যাকশনের জন্য আমরা দায়ী নই
  • ব্যবহারের আগে patch test করার পরামর্শ দেওয়া হয়

🔹 ৯. বুদ্ধিবৃত্তিক সম্পত্তি

  • ওয়েবসাইটের সকল কনটেন্ট Bealy Store-এর
  • অনুমতি ছাড়া কপি বা ব্যবহার করা যাবে না

🔹 ১০. গোপনীয়তা

  • আপনার তথ্য নিরাপদভাবে সংরক্ষণ করা হয়
  • বিস্তারিত জানতে আমাদের Privacy Policy দেখুন

🔹 ১১. পরিবর্তন

  • আমরা যেকোনো সময় এই শর্তাবলী পরিবর্তন করতে পারি

  • We reserve the right to correct errors

  • All prices are in BDT
  • Prices and offers may change anytime
  • Orders may be cancelled in case of pricing errors

🔹 4. Orders

  • Placing an order is an offer to purchase
  • We may accept or cancel any order
  • Orders may be cancelled due to stock or technical issues

🔹 5. Payment

  • Cash on Delivery / Online Payment available
  • We are not responsible for payment gateway errors
  • Failed payments may cancel orders

🔹 6. Delivery

  • Delivery charge: ৳65 all over Bangladesh
  • Inside Dhaka: 1–3 days
  • Outside Dhaka: 2–4 days

Delays may occur due to unavoidable situations

🔹 7. Return & Refund

Eligible if:

  • Wrong item
  • Damaged / leaked product
  • Missing item

Conditions:

  • Report within 3 days
  • Provide photo/video proof
  • Product must be unused

👉 Refund or exchange after verification

Not eligible if:

  • Used product
  • Wrong order (customer mistake)
  • Change of mind

👉 Return shipping cost is paid by customer

  • Opened/used items are not returnable
  • We are not responsible for skin reactions
  • Patch test is recommended
